Jade

One day in March we went to H.A.R.T and the minute I sat down, Jade jumped in my lap. She chose me right away. We stayed for nearly 2 hours, just wondering if we should take her home right then and there. We slept on it. The next day, we stopped at Super One and got a litter box, litter, cat food, and a feeding bowl. Off we went back to H.A.R.T. where I sat down and Jade jumped in my lap again. She is definitely ours, for sure!

She has been such a joy. She uplifts our spirits whenever she's around. She lays with a big turkey feather under a newspaper and makes us laugh a lot.

She also loves baby's breath. The first day she was here, I noticed my flower arrangements were minus the baby's breath. She had eaten every bit of it! It's like catnip to her.

At night she cuddles up and purrs us to sleep. We don't know what we did without her, but I know one thing for sure - we sure do thank H.A.R.T. for giving us the perfect cat.
